The Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking launches annual Call for Proposals. All stakeholders (large industries, SMEs, technology providers, academia, RTOs) are encouraged to take part in this new venture and contribute to the deployment of a new and sustainable economy.
Rules for participation
The Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking operates under Horizon 2020 rules and thus on the principles of OPENNESS, TRANSPARENCY and EXCELLENCE. In other words, everyone can participate and the best proposals – evaluated by independent experts – will win.
The Participant Portal is the single-entry point for interactions about the EU research and innovation programmes with the European Commission and its Executive Agencies. It offers you the services and tools that facilitate the monitoring and the management of your proposals and projects.
All BBI Call information and documents are centralised on the Participant Portal. These include:
- Call description
- Topics and submission service
- Call documents
- FAQ and Support.
